TG- Mears Global – Luxury vehicles o/w or charter anywhere.  (Sometimes these vehicles are full to capacity for the date or time you are looking to book for)

  

You are now set up to book online through our Travel Agent portals

Below are steps on how to login and reserve the service.

NOTE: If we book reservations for you direct, by calling us or emailing us, you will not earn a commission. Also, when booking through the portal, do not apply any promo codes, additional discounts, because that will make you not eligible for a commission (it is either the discount / promo code for your client or your commission – cannot be both).

 

Go to 

  1. https://mearsconnect.com/TravelAgents and click “Login”.

  2. Each agent must enter their email address. (First time log in use forgot password)

    1. If this is your first-time logging in, you will be prompted to create a new password.

                                                              i.      Be sure to save it for the future.

  1. The page that opens is the reservations summary page. Any existing reservations you have reserved will sit here. 

  2. To reserve, click on “MEARS CONNECT” on the top menu bar.

    1. Select the service type.

    2. Continue filling in all necessary fields. 

    3. If you are an Agent with an IATA and CLIA number, you have the ability to clear it and enter the appropriate number. Please reference the QuickStart Guide, on page 13 for more details and assistance.

  1. To edit or cancel, click on “SEARCH RIDES” on the top menu bar.

    1. Fill out all requested fields.

                                                              i.      To cancel, click cancel.

                                                            ii.      To edit, cancel and rebook.

  1. Additional helpful hint:

    1. If you need to reserve a return that is not the same location as the arrival, reserve two one ways. 

  1. Each Agency is responsible for updating Mears if an Agent is no longer with the company.

    2. Fill in your travel details.

    3. Select the vehicle type.

    4. Continue filling in all necessary fields. 

    5. If you are an Agent with an IATA and CLIA number, you have the ability to clear it and enter the appropriate number. Please reference the QuickStart Guide, on page 13 for more details and assistance.

Please see our commission policy posted online.  Commissions will be paid after the travel service has been completed. Checks will be sent once a month.

 

Please update us if your address is changing by sending an email to preferredtravelagent@mears.com  with your updated W9 form.
